The canine challenge is a 6 month diet and exercise regimen that ONE lucky doggy applicant will get to participate in. It's designed for a plump pooch who would like to get back to his fit and happy self.
NOVADog Magazine will choose one winning dog who will receive:

• A free personalized fitness and exercise plan from DogOn Fitness.
• Free consultation and weigh-in visits at one of Caring Hands Veterinary facilities.

The owner and doggie participant must agree to: attend all Canine Challenge events, send a short blog article and photo every 2 weeks, and release all liability and photo rights for items relating to the Canine Challenge events and photo shoots.

This is a six month diet and exercise regimen beginning on September 15, 2009. Winning doggy contestant must be able to adhere to feeding routine and fitness schedule, commit to be available for such events as the kick off event and photo shoot. Winner must agree to send a photo and short blog post about the progress of the doggy contestant every two weeks through the end of the program which is March 9, 2010.
1. Contest open to any resident residing in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area.
2. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. By claiming the prize(s), the winner(s) authorize the use, without additional compensation his or her name and/or photograph for promotional and advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which 2hounds Productions, LLC deems appropriate.
4. Winner and doggy contestant must follow all guidelines set forth by contest partners and consultants. In accepting the prize(s), the winner(s), acknowledge that 2hounds Productions, LLC/Northern Virginia Dog Magazine and partners may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury to pets or people associated with accepting or using this prize(s), diet and fitness regimen due to negligence of winning participant.
5. Winner(s) must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by 2hounds Productions, LLC/Northern Virginia Dog Magazine acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the contest rules.
6. 2hounds Productions, LLC/Northern Virginia Dog Magazine retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
7. 2hounds Productions, LLC/Northern Virginia Dog Magazine reserves the right to withdraw or terminate contest at any time without prior notice.
