Please remember to feed your dog their normal scheduled meal 90 minutes or more prior to exercise. It is never a good idea for a dog to exercise on a full stomach.

Week 9

Workout 1

  • Warm up for 5-10 minutes by walking at a very slow pace and allowing your dog to sniff and eliminate as necessary!
  • Pick up those paws and walk at a brisk, continuous pace without stopping for 45 minutes
  • Slow it down and allow your pooch to catch their breath for 5 minutes

Workout 2

  • Warm up for 5-10 minutes by walking at a very slow pace and allowing your dog to sniff and eliminate as necessary!
  • Pick up those paws and walk at a brisk, continuous pace without stopping for 40 minutes
  • Slow it down and allow your pooch to catch their breath for 5 minutes

Workout 3

  • Warm up for 5-10 minutes by walking at a very slow pace and allowing your dog to sniff and eliminate as necessary!
  • Pick up those paws and walk at a brisk, continuous pace without stopping for 60 minutes
  • Slow it down and allow your pooch to catch their breath for 5 minutes!
